This API endpoint is to retrieve all the simcards under your logged in affiliate or a specific license under your logged in affiliate.

(Optional) License cli of the owner of the simcards. This is needed when you want to get the simcards of a specific license. All the simcards under your affiliate will be shown if this paramerter is removed.
